Do u know why some schools can get GWH consecutively? because they have

1. Good discipline and no small talks among yourselves
2. Bring home your instrument and practice!
3. Teamwork
4. enthusiastic in CO


If u can complete point 1-4 gwh will be at your reach. let me tell u wat point one means. It means, no disturbing others during practice, 80+ people in a single room... all talking to one another, how can u hear and listen to what mr Ng has got to say? Every single moment u talk, it could disrupt a person's thoughts, every single word that u speak may affect a single mark at the SYF...A good CO must have respect for anybody who stands at the conductor podium. Ever since 2005 when i join cchmsco, the discipline is the worst among the other points that ive written, chairman has always been fury (ive been scold many times when i was sec1). I shall rate cchmsco according to the points, from 1-4, 4 is the best and 1 is the worst. i shall rate 1 for discipline....the discipline has worsen, during this two years... i can see people talking while playing their instrument...percussion people, talking behing timpani.

Now, for point no.2... to tackle a hard song, u must practice esp. solos, suona...sheng... even if u cant bring it home, practice in CO room after dazu, or after xiaozu. I will rate it 3 as some people practice everyday at home....but some people never practice other then during dazu and xiaozu. Teamwork is important also...remember u are going to syf not as individual, but a team! I will rate it as 3. Enthusiastic in CO means, always come for CO practices , look forward to every single practice, love CO. i will rate it as 3...as some people are really some are enthusiastic but some just want to have fun...So.... to become a good CO, u need to have these four points. Point no.1 is the hardest and most important point... so... i do not want to see any bad comments about discipline ok?
